Hekh hosted a performative reading and sharing by the artist Monique Wernhamn, based in Gothenburg, Sweden on 17th March, 2026. The performance detailed her engagement with the long term project "The Sustainable Woman", where she talks about her experience with the question of economic, social and conceptual sustainance as an artist, and how to produce value beyond the confines of capital. She also shared about the platform kallhult ett6, an artistic space Monique runs with Kristina Meiton and Sara Vogel-Rödin.
Monique Wernhamn is a Gothenburg-based artist working with socially engaged, performative, and participatory projects. Active for 20 years, her work explores personal sustainability, labor, and human value. She is the creator of the long-term project The Sustainable Woman and a co-founder of the rural art platform Källhult ett6.
