Call #2 brings 15 contributors from India and around the world, to think of space-making as an artistic gesture- tracing, and manifesting extending paradigms of 'space', 'intelligence' and 'refuge'. What would it mean to create, and inhabit spaces that are at once porous and resistant, visible and invisible, fleeting and sedimented? As the artistic figure places itelf in a relationally evolving resonant terrain, different models and moves emerge to navigate scale, structures, durations, intensities, and intimacies amidst globally unfolding volatilities. Call #2 brings thinks about modes of exchanging, transmuting, and being with the world; to create space to co-exist and co-create, oscillating between the personal, the worldly, the intimate, the local and the transcendent.
